This program has bi-weekly sessions on different topics which will help you lead a healthy lifestyle and follow healthy habits.

  • Initial Consultation –  will consist of lifestyle assessments and diet suggestions  to address specific issues like nutrition deficiencies , improving your fat burn, metabolism and regulating blood sugar levels.
  • The Clean Cooking and Kitchen – Session on how to cook , reduce the toxins that disrupt hormones and increase the  nutrients in your food.
  • Workout Smart – Tailoring and  changing your workout to achieve maximum results for the effort you put in.
  • Lifestyle Improvements – How to stay in shape always, lifestyle changes for a healthy , happy and fit life.
  • Seasonal Eating – How to eat according to each season, seasonal regimens and routines to improve immunity, health and fat loss?
  • Hormonal Harmony – What are the habits and rituals that we need to follow on a daily, weekly basis to improve hormones, skin and hair?

The weekly follow up calls will have discussion on limiting factor of the previous session and week, how well was it carried off and resolve any difficulties faced.

All sessions/calls are also done via Whatsapp/ Google Meet.
