Skin is the largest organ in our body

There is a Tamil saying ” agathin azhagu mughathil theriyum ‘, which means face/skin is the mirror of your internal health. Acne, psoriasis, dandruff, facial hair, hyperpigmentation and all such skin problems are associated with some issue in our body , be it nutrient deficiency, digestive issue or hormonal imbalance.
Health of the skin can deteriorate if the quality of food we eat reduces or the amount of toxins that enter our body increase due to the environment , wrong food combinations or the usage of health and beauty products or personal care products.
In the 12 week program for healthy skin , we will learn about the foods and rituals for good skin and hair as per the season, wrong food combinations and habits that can result in skin problems.
